Fluffy Vanilla Protein Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop ProBlend Vanilla Whey Powder
  • 1/2 cup oats (blended into flour or use oat flour)
  • 1/2 cup egg whites (or 2 whole eggs)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional for extra flavor)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 banana (mashed, for natural sweetness)
  • Coconut oil or butter (for cooking)

Instructions:

  1. Blend the Batter: In a blender or mixing bowl, combine ProBlend Vanilla Whey Powder, oats, egg whites, almond milk, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and mashed banana. Blend until smooth.
  2. Preheat the Pan: Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with coconut oil or butter.
  3. Cook the Pancakes: Pour batter into small circles on the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Serve & Enjoy: Stack your pancakes and top with Greek yogurt, fresh berries, sugar-free syrup, or a drizzle of almond butter.
